International Exhibition & Competition of Animalistic Art "IN THE ANIMAL WORLD. THE AREA OF ART" will be held at the old exhibition area of Moscow

Exhibition dates in Moscow: April 28 - May 04, 2024

Venue: Center for Contemporary Arts and Gallery "Art Commune" (Moscow, Kievskaya str., 2, 4th floor, TGC "Kievsky")

Registration deadline: until April 25, 2024 inclusive

There are two possible ways to participate in the exhibition and competition: ONLINE and OFFLINE.

REGISTRATION SEQUENCE:


Step 1: Registration

Online and Offline participants send the same set of materials!
The author registers each work separately by following the link: APPLY to CONTEST (REGISTER ARTWORKS FOR THE COMPETITION)
Select a city and submit your application:
A copy of the payment of the entry fee must be attached to the registration forms.
You can view the cost of participation in the section: "Cost of participation" or "Payment options"

Step 2: Preparation for exhibiting (for offline participants):
Prepare art objects for display at the exhibition.
Having received the label with the assigned number, the offline participant prints it and places it in the lower right corner of the art object. The labels can be attached either to a stretcher or canvas or to decorative elements (frames, stands, etc.).

Step 3: Delivering the works to the exhibition (for offline participants): April 27, 2024, from 12:00 (12PM) to 18:00 (6PM).
Works are handed over to the exhibition under the deed of transfer card (download in formats Word, PDF).
The organizing committee assists in the transportation of works to the exhibition.

OPTIONS FOR PRESENTATION OF WORKS AT THE EXHIBITION:

Exhibition works will be exhibited as follows:
а) The classic form, author's design (the originals or copies prepared for the exhibition are provided by the author).
b) Exposition of photocopies at the exhibition in the art catalog, works are printed on paper (Online participation)

More about the forms of participation:

I."OFFLINE PARTICIPATION": classical form of exhibiting art objects
The works are exhibited on wall surfaces or placed on pedestals / stands / racks and published in the Animal Kingdom catalogue.
The author receives the following range of services:
1) Placement of works at the exhibition;
2) Mandatory publication in the catalogue (catalogue copies are paid for separately, through the website www.artindex.pro);
3) Diploma of a participant or the winner;
4) Participation in the competitive program.
Additional features:
1) participants and / or winners receive discounts upon their next participation in the project;

II."ONLINE PARTICIPATION": exhibition of photocopies:
Photocopies of the competition works are printed on paper (A3), placed at the exhibition and published in the "Animal Kingdom" catalogue.
The author receives the following range of services:
1) Placement of works at the exhibition;
2) Mandatory publication in the catalogue (catalogue copies are paid separately, through the website www.artindex.pro);
3) Diploma of the participant or winner;
4) Participation in the competitive program.
Additional features:
1) participants and / or winners receive discounts upon their next participation in the project;
2) participants can choose a special design for online works - frame or foam cardboard.
