How to participate:
I. In-person (offline) participation: a classical form of displaying art-objects
Works are exhibited on wall surfaces or placed on cabinets / stands / racks and are published in the catalog.
The author receives the following set of services:
1) Placement of works at the exhibition;
2) Publication in the catalog (copies are paid separately, through the website www.artindex.pro );
3) Diploma of a participant or a winner;
4) Participation in the competition programme.
Additional Features:
1) Participants and/or winners receive discounts for the next participation in the project.
II. Remote (online) participation: displaying photocopies
Photocopies of works are printed on paper (A3), placed at the exhibition and published in the catalog.
Authors receive the following set of services:
1) Placement of works at the exhibition;
2) Publication in the catalog (copies are paid separately, through the website www.artindex.pro );
3) Diploma of a participant or a winner;
4) Participation in the competition programme.
Additional Features:
1) Participants and/or winners receive discounts for their next participation in the project.
The cost is indicated for one piece, and participation either in Moscow or in St.Petersburg

THE COST OF ONLINE PARTICIPATION:
a) for members of the Eurasian Art Union: 10 euros
b) for non-members of the Eurasian Art Union: 15 euros
THE COST OF OFFLINE (PERSONAL) PARTICIPATION:
1) Participation fee for the members of the Eurasian Art Union (www.eurasianartunion.com)
The size of the work is up to 50 cm. on the larger side: 11 euros (pay)
The size of the work is from 51 to 90 cm. on the larger side: 15 euros (pay)
The size of the work is from 81 to 120 cm. on the larger side: 18 euros (pay)
The size of the work is from 121 to 180 cm. on the larger side: 21 euro (pay)

Storage fee:
After the end of the exhibition art objects can be stored in the organizing committee office for up to 1 week free of charge. In case of storage for more than 1 week an additional payment of 3 euros for each next week will be required.
